Description

The Zero Tolerance 0545 is a slim, lightweight USA-made folding knife designed for premium everyday carry. Its 3.2-inch clip-point blade is crafted from CPM MagnaCut, delivering an excellent balance of edge retention, toughness and corrosion resistance.

At only 0.09 inches thick with a full-width flat grind, the blade is optimized for efficient slicing. A stonewashed finish gives it a refined working appearance while helping conceal everyday use marks.

The blade opens manually using a flipper and ZT's KVT ball-bearing system, providing smooth deployment without assisted opening.

A carbon-fiber front scale pairs with a working-finish titanium back and secure titanium frame lock. The bronze-anodized titanium pivot adds a premium accent, while the reversible extra-deep-carry clip supports discreet right- or left-handed tip-up carry.

At only 57 g, the 0545 combines premium materials with exceptionally lightweight everyday carry.
