The Kershaw Raygun 1427 is an affordable and practical assisted-opening folding knife designed for everyday carry, workplace use and general utility cutting. Part of the Kershaw Starter Series, it combines a compact size, dependable materials and straightforward operation.

Its 2.8-inch reverse-tanto blade is made from 4Cr14 stainless steel, providing good corrosion resistance, strength and easy sharpening. The reverse-tanto profile features a strong tip suitable for controlled piercing, opening packages and other everyday cutting tasks.

A stonewashed finish gives the blade a practical, understated appearance while helping reduce the visibility of fingerprints and minor scratches caused by regular use.

Kershaw’s assisted-opening mechanism allows the blade to deploy quickly using the integrated flipper. Once opened, the liner lock holds the blade securely in position during use.

The black glass-filled nylon handle has a comfortable shape and stylised texture for a more secure grip. A reversible deep-carry pocket clip supports discreet right- or left-handed tip-up carry.
