The Kershaw Lightyear 1395 is a slim, lightweight assisted-opening folding knife designed for everyday carry and general utility cutting. Part of the Kershaw Starter Series, it offers practical performance, comfortable handling and distinctive modern styling at an accessible price.

The 3.125-inch modified spear-point blade is made from 4Cr14 stainless steel, providing good corrosion resistance, strength and straightforward sharpening. Its bead-blasted finish creates a subtle matte appearance suitable for everyday use.

Kershaw’s SpeedSafe assisted-opening system allows the blade to deploy quickly using the integrated flipper. Once opened, the stainless-steel liner lock helps hold the blade securely in position during use.

The black glass-filled nylon handle has a slim, ergonomic profile that remains comfortable during extended handling. Recessed patterned grooves add visual detail while helping provide a secure grip.

A reversible stainless-steel deep-carry pocket clip supports discreet left- or right-handed tip-up carry. Weighing only 71 grams, the Kershaw Lightyear is easy to carry without adding unnecessary bulk to the pocket.
